Rieneke Redman-Akkerhuis, Costume Designer

Rieneke is a genuine costume and clothing designer extraordinaire. Her creative work began in her home country of Holland where she was always a part of the creative arts and making costumes for a host of performance groups. Making her own clothing, home linens and textiles has always been a way of life for her. She currently designs costumes for New York City's Amato Opera, a very special and last remaining opera that sustains a vision of community created performance affordable to everyone.
